濁度高仍不停水 柯P檢討：自己太嚴厲了

台北市長柯文哲15日針對蘇迪勒颱風過後提供濁水爭議道歉，但外界仍質疑晚了將近一週。對此，柯文哲16日坦言，他要檢討的是，有時候是自己太嚴厲了，下屬很想把事情做好，濁度超過1萬2也不放棄，一直到最後系統就當掉了。他保證，面對接下來可能來襲雙颱，「這次不會再犯錯」
台北市長柯文哲上午前往新竹市參訪新竹中學校長辛志平故居，並與立委柯建銘對談，會後受訪時，被問及事隔7天才為提供濁水道歉一事。
柯文哲解釋，這段期間市府一直在檢討原因，後來他看整個流程，重來一遍，「恐怕還是沒辦法(處理濁水)。」從來沒發生過的事情第一次發生時，就是不能讓大家滿意。
柯文哲表示，他曾問台北市自來水事業處的處長「這不能解決嗎？」對方回應原水濁度從來沒有超過1萬2，第一次遇到就都呆掉了。
柯文哲說，他們要檢討的是，有時候是自己太嚴厲了，底下的人很想把事情做好，濁度超過1萬2也不放棄，一直想說是否不要停水，再加藥處理，沒想到最後濁度超過3萬，整個系統就當掉了。
至於位於關島附近的2個熱帶低氣壓已發展為今年第15號颱風「天鵝」和第16號颱風「閃電」，有關自來水問題，柯文哲保證，「這次不會再犯錯」。北水處已經把第2次檢討報告交上來，接下來會給環保局、台大環工所教授等看過一遍，本週四或五就會公告。
